Hey, Book Lovers.
My, oh my, is God good? I'll answer that myself. Yes! He is. I continue to be awestruck by the favor that he bestows upon me for no good reason at all. I guess He just loves me and I'll take that!
I am happy to report that the interview that I did a couple of months ago with Latoya Campbell from Info Magazine is featured in the current issue. It's a good article too. I'm tempted to purchase mass quantities and give them to everyone I know.
I'm still working on the current project. I plan to be finished with this novel in about 2 months. I am going to take a little time off from school so that I can complete this novel and begin on the next one. I really want to focus all of my attention on getting my works completed and in finding the right agent. I don't want to be a solely self-published author. So, after I complete this next work, I will shop it as I did SASSY and see what happens.
I had a great time at the SASSY book discussion at West Point Church on February 20. The ladies and (gentlemen) were warm and inviting. It was my first book club discussion and I was so encouraged by the fact that my readers see my characters as I intended them to be seen. I will be traveling to Ohio soon to fellowship with a group of Book Lovers there.
